Welcome to Entwine. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Entwine mobile application and services (the "App") provided by Lunafox ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use this App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

3. User Content and Conduct

Our App allows you to post shared content (notes, photos, tasks, expenses). You retain ownership of this content, but you grant us a license to host and display it within your designated Space.

• Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Shared Responsibility: Data shared in a "Space" is accessible to all members of that space. We are not responsible for how other members of your Space use or share your data.

4. Financial and Date Planning Features

• Expense Tracking: The expense splitting features are for tracking purposes only. We are not a financial institution, and we are not responsible for any financial disputes, inaccuracies, or losses resulting from your use of these features.
• Date Ideas/Planning: Suggestions provided by the App are for informational purposes. You are responsible for verifying the details of any events or venues.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Entwine Plus: This premium tier provides additional limits and features as described in the App.
• Billing: Payments are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions recur monthly unless canceled through your platform's store settings.
• No Refunds: To the maximum extent permitted by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, logos, and branding associated with Entwine are the exclusive property of Lunafox or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUNAFOX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lunafox and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including all legal fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our interests.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
